Alan uses curriculum and classical music to teach his students. He works with young beginners and adults and is skilled in helping students grow at a fast pace and excel in playing. Alan continues working with students until he gets them to an advanced level.

Classical and Jazz

Alan is skilled in helping his students gain playing ability and custom makes a curriculum plan for each student. Alan uses classical music and helps them excel in expression, technique, and in a usable music theory understanding. For those interested in jazz, simple standards and blues pieces are used to help the student. Scales, arpeggios, chords and other exercises are used to help all his students develop facility and ability.
